Returns

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This summary is based on the terms of AMU-Trade Kft. currently in force.

How to withdraw

1. Within 14 days of delivery, send a clear statement of withdrawal by e-mail to sales@amutrades.com or by post to the seller (contact details: Imprint).
2. Send the product back within 14 days of sending your statement. We cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
3. You pay the cost of returning the product; withdrawal involves no other cost.

Refunds

We refund the amount you paid, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method you paid with. We may withhold the refund until the product arrives back or you prove that you have sent it.

Damaged parcels

Check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, ask the courier to record it. If the damage occurred before delivery, we replace or take back the product free of charge.
