Terms and Conditions

Key points

The contract

The contract is concluded in Hungarian, electronically, when the automatic order confirmation arrives. The confirmation arrives within 48 hours; if it does not, the order is not binding.

Prices

Prices are in the currency shown and include VAT; for wholesale quantities this may differ and is marked separately. If a price is obviously wrong, we offer the product at its real price, or the order can be cancelled without consequences.

Delivery and pick-up

We ship across the European Union by courier; delivery time and cost depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout. Outside the EU we accept B2B orders only. Free pickup points (Budapest, Vienna) are listed on the Shipping page. Check the parcel on delivery; if it is damaged, ask the courier to record it.

Withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Details are on the Returns page.

Complaints

You can raise a complaint using the contact details above; we reply to written complaints within 15 days. If we cannot agree, you may turn to the consumer protection authority, the competent conciliation board or a court.
